1. The why and the what?

2. The design process
Design is a collaborative process based on what reflects your brand, your needs and your styles/tastes. We work with you to understand all of this, go through a mock up stage and agree on desktop and mobile designs before we start coding.
3. Develop, test, approve
With signed off designs, we start the coding process. We take the designs and make them a reality, giving you access as the pages are completed. If we’re pulling data from other sources, such as product information, stock availability and more, we include that in the development so you can see the site with your data. Once you’ve reviewed and approved, we align on the go live process.
4. Hosting and maintenance
Once live, we can host and maintain your website, including simple and complex changes. Hosting and unlimited simple changes are included in a flat monthly fee.
5. Data driven decisions
Are customers focusing on your contact us page because they just want to talk to someone? If that’s the case, are we giving them the information they need on the website? Or are people focused on your products? If so, what’s the funnel look like; how many are buying? Why or why not? Monitoring what people engage with the most on your website is key to data driven decisions. We can help with that too!
